We are seeking a Nursery Manager in St Albans!

You'll work hard to care for, support, share a story or two, and have fun while meeting the needs of our children.

Your responsibilities -

* Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.

* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff.

* Support, supervise, train, and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.

* Support the nursery manager in identifying training needs, developing training plans, and evaluating training undertaken by staff.

* Assist the Nursery Manager in delivering agreed occupancy targets.

* Maintain effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.

* Assist the Nursery Manager in ensuring that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved promptly and that these are reported to the Regional Manager.
