We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our all our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning to a high standard with a keen eye for detail.

The current basic cleaning schedule includes the cleaning of 16 properties located in SN1 and 7 properties located in reading all on the same road. We are rapidly increasing this and will have 23 properties for weekly cleaning in Swindon by December.

You will be working alongside our Head of Housekeeping - Emma. You will work in a pair performing all cleaning duties. Brett property Provide a Cleaning Van with all materials and products required.

The cleaning ranges from weekly house cleans of communal areas - all houses have shared kitchens & Dining spaces. This includes emptying all bins and ensuring these are out for collection on the correct day. Along with end of tenancy cleans and after build cleans on newely completed properties.

Duties
- Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- Dressing rooms with bedding and flowers provided ensuring they are perfect for viewings.
- Emptying all house bins and ensuring they are out for collection.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
- Deep cleaning properties where required, including fridges/freezers.

Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to a changing schedule during your work hours

- Full UK driving Licence
