Red Sky are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Operative at a well-established Commercial Vehicle Recovery and workshop. Opened 30years ago, the company operates a fleet of coaches, recovery vehicles and maintains its own workshop.

Opportunity to work overtime at x1.5

About the role

As a Service Desk Operative, you would be required to;

Booking in new recovery / workshop jobs    

Control of parts ordering, receipts/returns

Arranging MOT's / renewal reminders

Purchase orders

Computer input of above

Liaise with customers

Other duties

About you

Full UK driving license

Experience Booking in new recovery / workshop jobs

Control of parts ordering, receipts/ returns

Arranging MOT's / renewal reminders

Purchase orders

Computer input of above

Liaise with customers

Other duties

A good level of vehicle knowledge

Computer literate
