Salary: From £58,000.00 per annum dependent on experience, knowledge and previous ratings.

We are seeking to identify an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Ofsted registered provision, consisting of Children's residential homes and Supported Accommodation.

The Operations Manager will register with Ofsted as the Responsible Individual for our Children's service.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading/managing an OFSTED registered Home and will have robust knowledge of the nine quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

> Robust knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards

> Experience of working with Professionals who form the team around the child including, but not limited to, Social Workers, Commissioners, Medical Professionals, LADO and the Police.

> Experience of managing a team of managers and providing appropriate supervision, leadership and guidance.

> Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification.

Outline of duties:

> Register with Ofsted as the Responsible Individual for our Children's service;

> Provide supervision to the Registered Manager of the provision ;

> Ensure there is a Statement of Purpose in place for each Home;

> Liaise with Ofsted, representing the service;

> Ensure the service is audited by Independent Visitors;

> Ensure the service is run in accordance with relevant legislation and the quality standards
