We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Leader to join a well-established food production company. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous experience as a Line Leader or Proseal machine operator. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on the production line, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Operate Proseal machines and ensure machines are running smoothly and safely.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of production workers to meet daily targets.
Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Monitor and maintain the correct use of materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when necessary to reduce downtime.
Work closely with the management team to ensure production goals are achieved.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Line Leader role, Proseal machine operation, or a similar production environment is advantageous.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
