Our client, a regional law firm with over 100 staff across their several offices, is looking for a qualified conveyancer or residential property solicitor to join their Market Harborough office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate residential property professional to join a friendly and collaborative and friendly team and manage a varied property caseload.

The role:

* Manage a mixed caseload including sales & purchase, right to buy, lease extensions and shared ownership.

* Engage in Business Development initiatives to ensure agreed fee earning targets are met.

* Liaise with a number of third-party entities including vendors and estate agents.

The candidate:

* Possess at least 3 years of experience managing a conveyancing caseload.

* Ideally be a qualified solicitor, although CILEX qualified lawyers and CLC's will be considered equally.

* Possess excellent commercial acumen and thrive on relationship building.
