Our Walsall based Manufacturing/Distribution client are looking for a Sales Manager / Head of Sales to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and expanding business
Duties:-
* Lead and Inspire: Train, coach, and manage sales teams to drive results across diverse areas such as inbound/outbound sales, depot operations, and self-storage inquiries.
* Strategic Execution: Develop and implement tailored strategies to maximise revenue streams, from transactional sales to account retention.
* Drive Revenue Growth: Identify growth opportunities, enhance market share, and collaborate with senior management to align departmental objectives with overall business goals.
* Foster Customer Loyalty: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and maximising lifetime value.
* Optimise Operations: Streamline sales processes, enhance CRM systems, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
Key Skills:-
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Head of Sales
* Strong background in B2B / B2C customer management & account retention
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies across business revenue streams
* Leadership skills with a focus on developing high performing teams
* Strategic thinking and adaptability to respond to dynamic business needs
* Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems.
Salary & Benefits:-
* Salary - £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
