About the Role:

My client are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their innovative and supportive team.

This full-time, office-based role offers a diverse range of tasks and challenges, allowing you to work with clients from various sectors, including healthcare, law firms, and more. As a key member of the team, you'll provide essential remote support using PSA, RMM tools, and telephone-based troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT operations.

What You'll Do:

* Deliver top-tier support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining clear and professional communication.

* Take ownership of issues from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful resolutions for clients.

* Support and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager) and ensure smooth user experiences.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel) and client software installations.

* Use diagnostic tools (e.g., Event Viewer, Command Prompt) to resolve technical challenges.

* Develop and maintain a keen awareness of cyber security best practices and provide guidance to clients on antivirus protection and security measures.

* Ensure all tasks are documented clearly and concisely, adhering to the company's quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants.

* Proficiency in Windows 10/11 installations and mobile device setups.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly with Exchange mail flow, configuration, and client issues.

* Awareness of cyber security principles, with a focus on providing clients with secure IT environments.

* A strong telephone manner and communication skills to offer effective remote support.

* Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt.

Desirable Skills:

* A solid understanding of networking concepts, including subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and topologies.

* Experience with backup solutions, IP telephony, and managed Wi-Fi solutions is a plus.

* Ability to configure networking equipment such as routers, switches, and access points.

* Knowledge of Windows Server roles (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS) is highly
