HSE Coordinator required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in England.

Responsibilities

HSE Management System Development: Developing and implementing HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.
Training and Awareness: Organizing training sessions to familiarize staff with HSE rules and practices.
Risk Management & Assessment: Identifying, evaluating, and managing safety, health, and environmental risks.
Regular Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Incident Management: Handling HSE incidents, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.
Team Coordination: Coordinating between project teams and HSE services to ensure compliance and safety.
Continuous Improvement: Proposing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and reduce risks.Requirements

Thorough knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
Project management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and awareness skills.
Team player and ability to coordinate HSE activities.
Excellent experience on HSE software/tools.
Experience in the Energy industry.
Knowledge and experience of CDM 2015 an advantage.
NEBOSH/Degree.
IOSH accreditation.
