Role Overview As Property Manager, you'll oversee a substantial portfolio while leading initiatives to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Portfolio Management - Managing a diverse portfolio of #removed# properties
- Conducting comprehensive property inspections
- Overseeing maintenance and improvement projects
- Managing contractor relationships and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with all property regulations
Client Relations - Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling complex property management issues
- Providing expert advice on property improvements
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes
- Conducting rental valuations
Operational Excellence - Implementing property management best practices
- Maintaining detailed property records
- Managing maintenance budgets
- Ensuring legislative compliance
- Coordinating with internal teams
Essential Experience & Skills - Minimum 3 years' property management experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation
- Experience with property management software
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- ARLA/NAEA Propertymark qualification (or working towards)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
