Are you looking to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Team Leader Contract Support/Helpdesk to join their growing team in Southampton where you will lead the team.

The Role

As the FM Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

• Oversee a team of contract support and helpdesk administrators on a day-to-day basis

• Lead a team to deliver against contract KPI's & SLA's

• Raising PO's, quoting, ordering parts, scheduling reactive and planned jobs to the engineer's, updating the client on job progression and more.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Team Leader, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Experience in a contract support or helpdesk/scheduling role is essential.

• The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and being efficient with MS programmes.

• Good communication skills and experience in customer service engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
