We are looking fof a HR Assistant to join the team of a well stablished organisation in the Darlington area, offering a temporary contract and great opportunity to expand your HR experience.

As a HR Assistant,you will be expected to:

Provide first response to general HR enquires including matters relating to our policies, procedures, initiatives and development activity.
Be a dynamic member of the support team, providing efficient and proactive HR support service, including processing financial information.
Collaborate with and support our key stakeholders including HR, OH and H&S.
Support any learning and development initiatives and monitor training programs.
Maintain effective confidential document management to ensure documents are stored and easily accessible
Work alongside HR advisors to ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and comply
with legislation.To be succesful as a HR Assistant, you will need:

Minimum HR level 3 certifacte or equivalent knoweldge
Good IT and numeracy skills
