The Company:
Our client is a reputable leader in the manufacturing industry, known for their innovative products and commitment to quality. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of their production schedules, particularly within their Brush & Aerosol product lines.

Salary:
Up To £30,000 D.O.E

Job Description:
As a Production Scheduler, you will report directly to the Planning Supervisor. Due to recent internal changes, our client is excited to offer this new opportunity within their Production Scheduling department, where you will take direct responsibility for managing the filling schedule.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Creating, maintaining, and monitoring the filling schedules for products.

* Providing first-line scheduling support for the Production team.

* Reviewing and offering basic capacity information.

* Gaining an in-depth understanding of the filling department to produce more accurate filling plans.

* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs.

* Providing holiday cover for other planning areas as needed.

* Assisting with any ad hoc requests from the Line Manager or other departments.

Skills & Experience:

* Proficiency in IT, with strong skills in Excel being essential.

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

* Experience with SAP is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.

* Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours & Holidays:

* Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30

* Friday: 07:00 - 14:15

* 24 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays
