London / Hybrid

£60,000 plus and Excellent Benefits package

Our client, a Big4 firm, is looking for an experienced tax professional to join their growing Deals Tax team based in London

This new opportunity exists within the Private Equity Portfolio (PE Portfolio) Tax team. This market leading team advises Private Equity backed businesses, working collaboratively across specialisms to drive value and help their clients during all stages of the deal lifecycle.

The role would suit a candidate with a strong UK corporate tax background, a good awareness of other taxes, as well as experience of managing client relationships. Experience of transaction work and/or the Private Equity market is desirable, but not essential, as full training and support would be provided

The ideal Candidate:

• Must possess an ACA or CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. * UK corporate tax skills and experience as well as good awareness of other taxes (VAT, employment taxes, management taxes etc)* Some transaction or PE Portfolio experience is desirable, but not essential
