Your role as Deputy General Manager:
- Overall management of the taproom, pub, restaurant and events in the absence of the Manager
- Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, service and drink quality
- Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, licensing and maintenance of records
- Conduct regular stock counts and compare to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control
- Create and maintain a motivated team with excellent standards identifying talent and ensuring succession
