Company: FINANCIAL DIVISIONS
Job Type: Permanent, FullTime
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
plus (Hybrid working, Bonus, Study Support & Career Progression Plan)
An excellent opportunity has risen for a very well-established Wealth Management firm with offices based near Radlett in Hertfordshire. Due to expansion and an internal promotion, they are now looking to take on a Junior Paraplanner within their team and offer them a clear career path.
They have been providing high-quality financial and investment planning services to their clients for over 30 years. They really value their clients, providing them with non-jargon based and highly ethical advice, resulting in exceptional client loyalty, a testament to this is that they do not advertise for new business, it is all generated through referrals and recommendations from their existing clients. They equally value their staff, looking to provide them with careers rather than jobs and strive to constantly provide them with a friendly, supportive and nurturing working environment. They provide advice across pension, investments, protection and intergenerational financial planning along with trust and estate planning advice, across the Essex, Hertfordshire and central London region.
Experience is useful, but team fit, drive, attitude and personality are more important to them, as they can provide training to cover any skills gaps and knowledge. They are looking for someone who is flexible and confident to provide their input as the team continues to develop and grow.
I am looking for a candidate with previous technical experience in a Financial Administrator or some Paraplanner exposure, who also possesses the above personality traits. The duties of the Junior Paraplanning role will be to work close with a couple of the Advisers, eventually providing them with end-to-end Paraplanning support, once you are fully up to speed. This will include attending client meetings, taking detailed notes, then assist with product research, make recommendations to the Adviser and prepare bespoke and templated suitability reports based on your findings. In addition, you will help with the annual review process and review investment performances. As the Junior Paraplanner you will be provided with support and training at every step, ensuring work is fully complaint and prepared to the exacting standards of the firm.
To be eligible for this role, our client will consider a Financial Administrator that is looking for their first move into a Paraplanning role, or someone with current Paraplanning experience, but is looking for a clear career path to becoming and Adviser and wants to get involved in the more technical aspects of the Paraplanning role. As full study support will be provided, our client will look at applicants that are just about to start out of their Level4 qualifications and those that already have some of them or those that are already level 4 qualified.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to join an established but growing practice with a supportive culture where the client always comes first and provide a fundamentally essential role in the business to ensure ongoing success.
If this Junior Paraplanner opportunity is of interest, please contact or send your CV to Sam Negbenebor.
