What will you be doing?
?? Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent positions in the Hospital & Health Care sectors
?? Developing strong relationships with existing clients to understand their permanent staffing needs, future plans and culture
?? Generate new business through forging relationships with new clients, establishing their needs, representing them effectively in the marketplace and providing them with outstanding candidates
?? Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for clients' roles.
?? Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate sourcing strategies.
??Develop a strong personal brand and presence within the market
?? Maintain a robust database of candidates and ensure accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process.
??Deliver exceptional candidate care and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
?? Pro-actively seek opportunities to grow the business through market intelligence, healthcare communities, events and client visits
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant placing permanent candidates within the healthcare sector
Effective written and verbal communications skills
The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
A GROWTH mindset, the willingness to learn and act upon feedback
Resilience and perseverance
Strong organisational and collaboration skills
Creative thinking and strong commercial awareness
The ability to coach others and share knowledge and expertise
Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 and above or the equivalent
