The Role

As the Financial Controller you will play a pivotal role in the oversight of financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and driving efficiency in financial processes. This role will provide the opportunity to work with a team of experts, and to make a direct impact on the financial health of both clients and the firm. Responsibilities will include preparing periodic financial statements, ensuring accounting and reporting compliance, managing budgets and forecasts, and partnering with senior management to provide strategic financial advice.

The Candidate

As a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) you will have proven experience in financial management, ideally at the Controller level, in the professional services sector. You demonstrate a strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting regulations, as well as considerable experience building and developing teams. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
