Service Manager - (Travelling Communities) Location - Wiltshire & B&NES[Expectation to spend one day per week based at Rosewell Court Bath office, the remainder of the time in Wiltshire at either Chippenham or Devizes office]

·Participation in an on-call, out-of-hours rota
·Valid driving licence and access to vehicle, business insurance required Responsibilities:
·Provide operational management and staff line management, including setting targets, monitoring and addressing any performance issues
·Ensure clients are provided with a high-quality, person-centred service
·Establish positive working relationships with external agenciesRequirements:
