Business Travel Client Executive required for a successful and growing travel management company based in the City of London. This is a new role that entails building and nurturing relationships with new clients. The role is Monday-Friday on a hybrid basis with a salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience.

Business Travel Client Executive responsibilities:

• Identify the culture, structure and business processes of new clients during the initial stages of the customer journey
• Act in a consultative capacity to ensure the onboarding of a new client runs smoothly
• Identify short-term and future client needs and work with other teams to arrange online training etc..
• Develop internal and external communication skills
• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure all needs/requirements are met by other teams such as product, tech and operations

Business Travel Client Executive skills required:

• Ability to engage with both customers and internal stakeholders at all levels including C-suite
• Strong presentation and written skills
• A good understanding of client contracts and business processes
• High customer service levels
• Previous experience in building client relationships
