Working for an IT/Tech organisation as a Product Digital Manager. This role is based remotely with monthly visits to Newcastle, a permanent role paying between £50-70K depending on experience.Responsibilities
- Manage the go to market implementation from a traditional analogue to new digitally enabled environment.
- Be present at customer installation visits and the main point of contact with any queries.
- Create the required technical data sheets and training material.
- Train sessions to internal and external stakeholders about new products. Ensure training materials are available that meet the needs of the UK market.
- Carrying out detailed product testing to ensure that any new product release is robust, reliable, and clearly meet the needs of the customer.
- Work closely with the Bids, Commercial and Sales team regarding product capabilities.
- Analyse customer needs and identify new product opportunities as well as benchmarking carrying out competitor analysis.
- Manage and coordinate new product launches in the UK market.
- Provide technical support during initial product release with new customers, technical support, and service.
Key skills
- Significant B2B product marketing background in technology: hardware and software technology products. Specifically with IP, Cloud, 4G and 3G ideally go background with go to market products in the public sector.
- Must have experience of new product launches in the UK market and working with customers.
- Must be able to train stakeholders on new products with training materials available.
- Must have worked for a global organisation in the UK with a wide range of different cultures.
