To be successful, our client is seeking an individual with around 5 years' experience within Trade Marks who is eager to succeed within their career. Holding the CITMA qualification is not a necessity but is highly desirable.

Th role will include:

* Trade Mark application filings and drafting specifications

* Preparing cost estimates as well as Trade Mark schedules

* Liaising with Foreign Agents

* Assisting Fee Earners with deadlines
