Are you an experienced Senior Structural Engineer looking to take on more responsibility in a dynamic, multidisciplinary engineering firm in Manchester? Our client is seeking a motivated professional like you!

You will manage a variety of projects and teams, ensuring the successful technical delivery of each scheme. A strong understanding of business development is essential, as you will play an active role in promoting the company's services.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing staff across both national and international projects
Representing our client at project meetings, site visits and industry events
Effectively communicating and liaising with Clients, Architects and Contractors
Work closely with senior staff to manage both personal and team workloads, to meet tight deadlines and budget constraints whilst providing expert advice and guidance
Using your communication and coaching skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders, including leading design meetings
Developing and expanding a client base in your area of work, targeting all sectors and fee ranges
Project managing and completing structural design and detailing as required
Conducting quality assurance tasks, including reviewing calculations, drawings, and reports before they are issued
