This is a part time role, however if you are able, you may be required to do more hours covering busy times/sickness and annual leave if required.
Have you got a passion to get into the property industry and are looking for an administrative role within a well-established organisation that can offer training and an introduction to working within a bust estate/letting agency based in Hove?
You will need to be a confident communicator, well organised and can learn IT systems, deal with clients face to face and take on administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming telephone calls and booking in appointments for property viewings.
- Data entry and administrative duties.
- Sending out marketing emails and mailers.
- Updating the in-house system accurately.
- Meet and greet clients coming into the office and registering applicants.
- Taking messages and distributing them accordingly.
- Filing, scanning and updating paperwork.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT skills inclusive of using word, Excel and be able to pick up inhouse CRM systems quickly.
- Personable, friendly adaptable.
- A genuine passion for the property industry.
- Administrative skills.
