Join a small, dynamic team as a Project Engineer, where you'll work alongside the Head of Engineering while mentoring junior team members and contributing to exciting projects in damper technology and beyond.

Your Role:

• Report to and support the Head of Engineering, contributing to project delivery and team success.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise and building team capabilities.
• Design and develop components using CAD systems (Creo preferred, but other tools considered).
• Lead and manage projects related to damper technology and mechanical systems.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as suspension, gearbox internals, hydraulic systems, or clutch systems.
• Strong CAD skills (Creo preferred) and a solid mechanical engineering background.
• A proactive, team-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a collaborative, small-team environment.
