Mechanical Project Manager Required

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational M&E contractor, renowned for delivering large-scale warehouse, depot, and data centre projects for industry giants such as Amazon, Greggs, DHL, and other major manufacturers and logistics companies across the UK. Their projects range in value up to £30M, and they are now seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to take the lead on a £20M warehouse depot development in Hull.

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with an Electrical Project Manager, with Site Managers reporting directly to you. This is a high-profile, multi-year project with opportunities for continued work in the local area.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience managing large-scale projects, ideally valued between £10M and £30M. If you've held positions such as Building Services Manager, Contracts Manager, or Senior Site Manager and are ready to take on this exciting challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Mechanical Project Manager Package:

£75,000 Base Salary
