What We're Looking For:

🔹 Minimum 2 years' experience in a fine dining or high-end kitchen
🔹 Ability to manage a section with confidence
🔹 Strong understanding of food hygiene & safety standards
🔹 Keen attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
🔹 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays
