Reed accountancy have recently partnered up with a business based in Knowsley who are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full time position and is fully office based so will require someone who would be in a position to travel to this location daily. 

The Role

• Must be able to create weekly and monthly financial reports
• Identification and explanation of variances to budget
• A key point of contact to the larger finance function
• Responsible for invoicing and liaising with the credit control team
• Stay in regular contact with the management team
• Support in the preparation of budgets 
• Dealing with any mileage and expense claims and tracking any bonus and commission

The Person

• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must have good experience with MS Office especially Excel
• Good communicator both written and verbal
• Adaptable and a good team player
