Due to high levels of success and expansion, our clients are now looking for someone who has a talent for sales and a passion for property to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator.

This position would see the successful individual based from their branch in the Wickford area. 

Ideally, they are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with fantastic communication skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. Previous experience within either a customer service or sales environment and holding a full UK driving licence is essential to be considered for the position. 

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
• Including Saturdays. When a Saturday is worked you will receive a day off during the week in lieu 

My client is offering the successful Trainee Sales Negotiator:

• £12,000 Basic
• £25,000 - 35,000 OTE (uncapped) 
• Ongoing training and support

Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience within a sales environment or in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car 
• Ambitious and highly driven
• Strong IT skills
• A team player
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal 
• Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential 

Key tasks for the Trainee Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

• Answering the incoming enquiries
• Qualifying applicants, arranging viewings, booking valuations
• Following up on viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to the sellers
• Negotiating offers
• Undertaking accompanied viewings with buyers
