Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Accountant

As a Senior Commercial Accountant, your role will be integral to the financial operations of our client's business. You will take ownership of the reporting process, providing a comprehensive view of company performance and strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in leading the pricing process, offering valuable analysis and judgement on current and future pricing strategies. You will also present key analysis in the forecasting and budgeting process to senior finance personnel. Your meticulous approach will aid in the production of commercial plans, promoting clarity and understanding across all levels of the organisation. Additionally, you will oversee pricing and post-launch reviews of new products, ensuring their financial viability. Your consistent efforts will drive growth and revenue within the finance team.

• Ownership of the reporting process on company sales, providing a comprehensive view of company performance and strategy.
• Leading the pricing process, offering analysis and judgement on current and future pricing.

What the successful candidate will bring

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) with 3-4 years post qualification experience.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team.
• Great communication skills.
