An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Amersham.

As a Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in the classroom with general and administrative tasks
• Providing additional support to small groups and individual students to enhance their learning and development
• Working with students who require special accommodations to ensure their success
• Attending meetings and participating in professional development opportunities to stay informed and improve skills
• Collaborating with teachers and staff members to help create a positive learning environment for all students

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a secondary school and a passion for education. They will be able to work well in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This full-time position pays between £85-£95 per day, depending on experience.
