The below job description will outline this position of: QHSE Manager
Typically, this person will manage all of the QHSE of the site and company. This will involve taking the lead on the ISO accreditations.

Duties and responsibilities of the QHSE Manager:
* Support the leadership team in the development, management, and monitoring of the company's QHSE performance.
* Oversee and provide advice on all QHSE-related issues and concerns, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
* Collaborate with onsite management teams, customers, and the supply chain on QHSE matters, offering necessary support and guidance.
* Advocate for QHSE initiatives in the workplace, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation.
* Manage the company's QHSE processes and procedures, and coordinate with QHSE auditors to maintain the company's accreditations (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001).
* Offer assistance on all QHSE matters, compile monthly QHSE statistics, identify trends, and disseminate safety alerts to encourage learning and prevention.
Qualifications and requirement for the QHSE Manager:
* NEBOSH qualified, and member of IOSH
* Background within Engineering Manufacturing, or a similar background
* Previous experience and active involvement in workshop startup / tool box meetings
* Confident rolling out new and existing H&S and Environmental policies for all areas of the business.
* Excellent ability to communicate across all levels of the business, from stakeholders to managers & shop floor workers.
