Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Salary: £23,500 per annum (rising to £24,500 after probation)
Bonus: If the successful candidate has a valid FLT licence, the starting salary will be £25,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Brackley. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a slight shift adjustment to 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM once every 2-3 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders for dispatch in the Goods Out department.
Preparing all orders for shipping with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensuring that all goods are handled with care and packed to company standards.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under time constraints.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence is a plus but not essential
Ability to work well as part of a team.
