Mult- Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Building Services)

Static - Salford Shifts- 4 on 4 off (2 days 2 nights)

Salary: £40,000 (inclusive of shift allowance)

* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

* This role will be doing mechanical bias building services on a large commercial site in Salford, Greater Manchester

Your new role as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (building services)

* You will be working shifts across a large commercial site in Salford. Shift pattern will consist of 4 on 4 off (working 2 days, 2 nights)

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.

* AHU's, FCU's filter changes, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temperature checks, flushing, minor repairs, fault finding, and any other general building service maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed: Mult- Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Building Services)

* The ideal candidate will hold building services mechanical or plumbing qualification

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.

* Can-do attitude, willing to be flexible.

* Commutable distance of Salford
