HR Business Manager - Hospitalility Group

£45k-£50k + 10% bonus - 5 days in - Based in Ruislip

An exciting opportunity to work as a part of an HR team of four within a well-known hospitality brand!

Several years HR experience is required for the role ideally within a Hospitality or Retail background!

- Support Regional Managers to implement HR initiatives

- Work closely with Head of People to imorove manager capabilities

- Lead ER cases

- Use HR data to improve case management and reduce case numbers

- Support in project management

Needs to have:

- A strong understanding of HR and proven experience and successes.

- Have excellent people skills

- Able to manage to senior level

- Exceptional organisational skills

- CIPD level 5 would be desirable
