Machine Operator

Our client, located near St Neots, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented machine operative to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Operate machinery to meet production targets
Conduct quality checks on products
Package finished products
Ensure materials used are accurate and meet specifications
Follow production processes according to instructions
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot and assemble machinery
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
 Person Specification

Experience operating machinery (training provided)
Self-motivated and able to maintain high levels of accuracy
Commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent team player and able to work independently
Previous printing experience is a plus
Comply with all health and safety policies
Strong communication skills

Hours of Work and Pay

Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
