Team ManagerTeam: SENDLocation: Bradford Rate: £622.50 per day

• Lead the Contract & Quality function in relation to commissioned services in relation to children’s SEND, children’s social care & public health services
• Provide management to a team of 7 contract managers and officers in relation to contract management of commissioned services, including the identification of financial, commercial and reputational risks to the council and its partners
• Lead the response in relation to performance, quality, and value for money of in excess of £140m of commissioned activity per annum
• Develop and implement clear contract management processes which ensure the delivery of positive outcomes and ensure value for money of commissioned services
• Engage with senior leaders to set strategic direction in relation to commissioned services and ensure clear and evidence-based decisions

• DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
• Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups
• Possess knowledge of service needs.
• Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
• Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
• Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
