Job Title: Early Years Practitioner- Cache Level 3

About The Role: Tradewind are looking for a vibrant early year's practitioner to start in one of our primary schools in January, located in the heart of Camden. The successful candidate will work closely with children aged 0-5, supporting their development and learning through a play-based curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas.
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing information with parents/carers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the early years foundation stage (EYFS) framework.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working in an early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
