Rev & Regs are recruiting for an Administrator for a dynamic and close-knit financial services company in Canary Wharf.

You will support Protection Advisors by managing and maintaining accurate case data, handling communications, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage applications. Your role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, proactively overseeing your pipeline of protection cases, following up on outstanding tasks, and ensuring cases move seamlessly from submission to 'on risk’ status.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication via chat, telephone, and email.
  • Proactively manage your pipeline of protection cases, ensuring case data is accurate and up to date, including meeting the firm and FCA rules and regulations and being compliant in all areas.
  • Chase outstanding tasks to ensure cases move from submission to 'on-risk 'status.
  • Follow up with protection providers for updates and manage cases through underwriting.
  • Obtain reports from GPs and get cases approved as smoothly as possible.
  • Coordinate protection policies to align with mortgage completion dates.
  • Build strong relationships with advisers and other key team members.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our other inhouse teams, such as Mortgage Advisers, Mortgage Case Handlers and call centre staff, to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance internal tools and improve workflow efficiency.

Experience required:

  • Ability to handle a high-volume workflow and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Naturally personable individual, a great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with.
  • Ability to form strong and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Unquestionable work ethic, a can and will do approach.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
  • High Attention to detail.
