Month End Management Accounts:
Reconciling budgets to the finance system
Preparing individual accounts with revenue recognition to posting journals
Managing the reconciliation process of expenses system to the cost managers
Assisting in preparing month end journals, accruals, prepayments
Assist in preparing quarterly VAT returns
Distribution Accounting:
Issuing distribution sales invoices
Preparing and issuing 3rd party share statementsReporting:

Preparing weekly cashflow information
Assist Senior Management Accountant with producing the monthly management accounts
Ad hoc data analysis reporting to Senior ManagementInternal Controls, Efficiencies and Ad hoc Projects:

Help finance team with improvements to processes and working papers
Assist with year end audit requestsExperience:

Knowledge of accounting processes and workflows
Experience in accruals, prepayments
Currently studying towards qualification
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Looking to develop relationships with finance and stakeholders across various departments
