Description

• Assist in the end to end payroll process for
• Ensure new starter and leaver information is uploaded and accurate
• Address payroll-related queries from staff
• Work closely with HR to ensure all payroll changes are reflected accurately
• Prepare payroll reports for management as required
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
• Participate in audits related to payroll
• Support with other finance-related tasks as required

Profile

A successful Payroll Assistant should have:

• Previous experience in a similar payroll role is preferred but not essential
• Background in accounts or strong interest in getting into the payroll industry
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Excel
