Your Role: As a Sales Ledger Assistant, you will play a key role in our finance team, supporting the Credit Controller and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Process orders, dispatch notes, daily sales invoices, and export invoices accurately.
- Customer Engagement: Email invoices, chase overdue payments, and maintain client relationships.
- Data Management: Update POE spreadsheets, run dispatch reports, and produce export statements.
- Credit Control Support: Assist in ensuring timely payments, process credit authorisation sheets, and handle new account applications.
- System Management: Upload customer invoices onto the Tradex system and maintain detailed logs and reports.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Several years in a similar role.
- Skills: Exceptional accuracy, organisation, and time management.
- Personality: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
