• Initially shadowing a Senior Negotiator
• Attending properties, meeting clients, measuring buildings and working out floor areas, doing initial appraisals
• There may be some management work including reading meters, carrying out inspections and completing an inspection form
• Taking down enquiries and sending details out via email.
• The successful candidate must be prepared to do the Property Mark course on commercial estate agency which we will be paid for and time would be made for sitting exams, doing revision etc.  This will lead to a commercial property qualification. 

Property Negotiator – the fit

• Driving License and own vehicle 
• Selling Experience preferred
