We are partnering with a well-established telecoms company known for its exceptional reputation and a loyal, diverse client base. As part of their growth strategy, we're looking for a results-driven, ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new business and help expand their reach within the telecoms sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across VoIP, mobile phones, and broadband solutions within the B2B market.

* Leverage your 3+ years of sales experience to develop tailored solutions for clients, using your knowledge of the telecoms industry to meet their needs.

* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with no requirement for account management—your focus is purely on winning new business.

* Attend the office one day a week post-training, with the flexibility to work from home four days a week, ensuring a perfect balance between collaboration and autonomy.

* Meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped earning potential and a clear pathway to increasing your salary.

* A competitive base salary of £35,000 - £38,000 with uncapped commission, allowing you to realistically achieve an OTE of £55k in year one and £70k+ in year two.

Who we're looking for:
You're a driven, high-energy salesperson with at least three years of experience selling telecoms services (such as VoIP, mobile, or broadband) to B2B clients. You thrive in a target-driven environment, enjoy the thrill of new business development, and are motivated by the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings. This is a role for someone who wants to stay focused on growth—there's no account management involved, just pure business development.
