Mechanical Project Engineer - Building Services Engineering / HVAC

We are looking for a Project Engineer to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of builds for datacentre projects.

Applicants must have a mechanical bias and project engineering background in M&E / building services engineering such as a M&E / HVAC contractor or HVAC equipment manufacturer.

Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue-chip clients
Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing
Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
Monday - Friday, early finish FridayRequirements

HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Likely to have worked in a M&E/HVAC Contractor or HVAC equipment manufacturer
Building services experience as Project engineer, project manager
Plant room knowledge beneficial
Organised and clear communicatorPackage
