Job Role:Our client is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their growing team. This is due to the exciting expansion of their business and the addition of long-term contracts. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Resident Liaison Officer, with great communication and customer service skills.In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for residents when they move into their new home – dealing with any questions/queries/problems they have. You'll be the bridge between our workers/contractors/site team and new home owners ensuring their questions are dealt with in a helpful and empathetic manner.Training will be provided both in terms of processes and regarding the contractors/workers etc.This role is office based, but the candidate needs to be flexible to visit sites in the London/M25 corridor.Person specification:  Highly organizedCapable and ability to work independentlyExcellent telephone mannerExceptional problem-solving skillsSwitched onSavvy
