This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young learners thrive both academically and socially. You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure students are engaged in lessons and provide support to those who may need additional help in their learning journey. Responsibilities: Assist the Year 4 class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery. Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, helping them stay on task and understand lesson content. Support students social and emotional development, fostering a positive classroom environment. Help maintain classroom organisation and manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
