They offer planning advise and services to individuals, businesses, and organisations looking to navigate the UK's planning system. Their expertise covers a range of planning matters, including the preparation and submission of planning applications, offering preapplication advice, managing appeals, and providing strategic development guidance. The consultancy has projects of varying scales, from small home extensions to larger residential and commercial developments.

The Role:
The company was set up by two very experienced Directors and after building up the business and growing the team, there is now a need for an additional Town Planner! Based out of the Royal Wootton Bassett office, you will work with a range of clients from national housebuilders and land promoters dealing with major planning applications, to individual householders wanting to bring forward small-scale developments. The project base is 95% residential, or residential-led mixed-use developments so would suit someone with strong residential experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Town Planning, either private or public sector.
A relevant degree in Planning or related degree
MRTPI status or close to submitting
Robust working knowledge of the planning system
Ability to effectively and efficiently complete delegated tasks
Desire to work with a small businessCompany Benefits:
