Alexander Lloyd is partnered with a leading wealth management and employee benefits firm, who is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the Group Risk team as an Employee Benefits Coordinator, in the Birmingham office. This opportunity offers flexible hybrid working with 2x days a week in the office, 3x days working from home.

As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans and ancillary benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits arrangements across Group Risk and Healthcare (PMI), including enrolment, changes and terminations
  • Co-ordinate with insurance providers and third-party administrators, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of benefits programs
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, and vendors regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
  • Assist in benefits communications, including open enrolment materials.

Experience:

  • At least 2+ years, Group Risk administration from within the Consultancy / TPA sector
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
