My client, a well-established independent insurance broker, is seeking a Client Adviser to join their growing team.
About the Role As a Client Adviser, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will be part of a dynamic internal broking team, working under the guidance of the Associate Director in a hybrid working environment
Key Responsibilities - Manage your own portfolio of commercial clients.
- Prepare comprehensive market presentations, reflecting renewal strategies.
- Create detailed client renewal reports.
- Address day-to-day client insurance and risk queries.
- Handle mid-term changes to policies.
- Attend insurer and client meetings as required.
- Provide support to the Associate Director in all areas of insurance broking.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in account handling or client advisory within commercial insurance broking.
- Experience in the Charity or Education sectors is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to professional development, including pursuing insurance qualifications if not already achieved.
